Do you honestly believe this will actually happen, without people just simply going to a 'net neutral' ISP?
Sure, you could go to a neutral ISP, as you say. But really, how many others will?
I'm curious why you call it a hoax. Congress is deciding on this. The communications conglomerates are lobbying heavily on this. Why are you so eager to dismiss?
